Every time I get to film someone new, I think, “Wow. She is so beautiful. She is so amazing.” Ilima Heuerman has set a new bar for me. She is SO beautiful. She is SO amazing.
And to think she had me worried! “Oh Laura, I hate to do this. I hate being in front of the camera. I feel so awkward. I know I need to do this. But — I’m gonna hate it.” Ha!
All I had to do was make sure Ilima felt comfortable. Then through a series of questions, I got to the heart of what she is all about. Talking with Ilima I realized she was about so much more than diet and exercise. She is about the spirit. She brings that out in her clients, so I focused on bringing out her shining spirit in the video. I wanted to show how she is both down-to-earth and ethereal.
She’s had a video made before. She didn’t like the experience and she wasn’t thrilled with the end result. This time she said, it was a totally different experience. “It was actually fun,” she said. And her clients love it. They comment on how authentic it is — “it’s the real Ilima.”.Spirit and soul. Hooray! We’ve got more videos on the way.
